Workshop terms & refunds

These terms apply to bookings with Bake with Chaim.

Booking your workshop

Sending a workshop request does not reserve a date or collect payment. Chaim confirms availability, the menu, venue requirements, guest count, and final price with you personally. Review those details and the payment instructions before confirming your booking. Keep your payment confirmation for your records.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your workshop’s scheduled start time. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the start time, including missed workshops, are not eligible for a refund.

The deadline is based on the workshop’s local time in Dallas–Fort Worth (Central Time). For example, a workshop starting Sunday at 6 PM has a cancellation deadline of Friday at 6 PM.

To cancel, contact Chaim at hello@bakewithchaim.com with your booking name, workshop date, and payment confirmation. The time your email is received determines whether the request meets the deadline. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.
