Private cooking & baking classes · DFW
A few questions.
Everything you need to know.
Here is how private classes work, what to expect, and what to bring to the table.
Before you
gather.
Every workshop is shaped around your group, your space, and the food you are excited to make. If your question is not covered below, send an inquiry and I will help you plan it.
Where do you teach?
I bring private cooking and baking classes to homes, churches, offices, and event venues across Dallas–Fort Worth. Your venue needs work surfaces, seating, and tableware, and may need kitchen access depending on the workshop.
How many people can join?
Workshop-only classes work best for 6–12 guests. A Workshop + Shared Meal experience works best for 4–12 guests. If your group falls outside those ranges, include the details in your inquiry and we can talk through the right setup.
How long is a class?
Most workshop-only classes are about two hours. A Workshop + Shared Meal experience is about three hours, with time to cook and sit down together afterward.
What does a class cost?
Classes start at $65 per person. Exact pricing depends on the workshop and whether you add the shared-meal experience. Each class page includes its current price and format.
Do we need baking or cooking experience?
No. Classes are hands-on and approachable for first-timers, while still giving experienced cooks useful technique and confidence. Everyone gets a role and time to practice.
What workshops can we choose from?
Choose from challah, sourdough, focaccia, pizza, fresh pasta, gnocchi, or Mediterranean cooking. You can explore each option on the classes page.
What is included?
Each workshop includes hands-on instruction, a tasting of the product, and clear guidance through the process. Shared-meal experiences include the meal that your group cooks and enjoys together. Final details are confirmed for your class before anything is booked.
Can you work with dietary needs?
Vegan options are available. Share dietary restrictions and allergies in your inquiry; menus can often be adapted. Workshops are not allergen-free environments.
How do we pick a date?
Send a few preferred dates or a general timeframe, along with your workshop, group size, and venue. I will follow up about availability and a simple plan before anything is booked or charged.
